We offer ways to increase your resilience, by learning more about your child’s social-emotional and overall development, building positive social connections, and finding concrete support during your times of need.

Home visiting services are offered for parents of children from birth to age five through First 5 Plumas.
If you have concerns about your child’s development, or if your child has been identified as being at risk or diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability, please connect with the Early Start Family Resource Center (from birth to age 3) or the Family Empowerment Center (for ages 3 to 22) through Plumas Rural Services!
