Understand the Importance of Developmental Screenings

Early identification of delays in development can help ensure families have access to the resources and support they need. Children can benefit from early intervention and/or early childhood special education services.

Encourage parents to access local resources such as home visiting services, especially if their children are not enrolled in child care. Refer them to the online portal (COMING SOON!) to complete regular developmental screenings.

Learn about the five Protective Factors, and how to incorporate them into your work.

The Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework is a powerful tool when supporting parents and caregivers in their important work of raising young children.

Access free online training modules HERE or contact us if you would like to schedule an introduction or complete series for your organization via Zoom.
